John kicks off this episode by talking about the entertaining comedy romp Gabriel DropOut and how its deadbeat angelic and demonic protagonists managed to deliver the laughs. Then the crew discusses if the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans was able to make good on the promising setups from Season 1. By the end the Review spirals into a talk about all things Gundam, so get your space gear ready and strap in for an extended trip to the colonies.

Lastly, the hosts dig into both seasons of Active Raid to unearth its few bright spots and many flaws.

Two video game related series and an unexpected sequel provide the discussion material for this episode. CC takes the lead by ranting on why Ace Attorney is a subpar adaption of the popular Capcom franchise. On the other side of the coin, John weighs in on how Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Academy manages to succeed on all levels as a great cross-media experience. Closing out the show is CC's review of D.Gray-man Hallow, a flawed sequel to a more than 8 year old show, that is nonetheless worth checking out.

On this episode, that for some reason turned out even longer than the last one, 3 seems to be the dominating number. After that John increases the level of quality and heartwarming cuteness by reviewing Sweetness & Lightning. Last but definitely not least, both hosts join forces to give you their opinions on the newest entry in the iconic Macross franchise: Macross Delta.

John and CC talk about three very different kinds of comedic series: The unintentionally funny Big Order gets thrown in the trash, "And you thought there is never a girl online" delivers on the Rom-Com and "Haven't you heard? I'm Sakamoto" leaves CC both snickering and scratching his head, due to its absurd style of comedy. All that and a bit of news in this elaborate punchline of an episode.
